What is Junior Rugby?
Junior rugby comprises all of the adult teams below our Senior (1st XV) team. We have 2 teams, ranging from our Senior 2nd XV down to our Junior 3rd XV, spanning all the different levels of the Munster Domestic Leagues. In the 2024/25 season, our 2nds competed in and won the Gleeson League and McInerney Cup , while our newly created 3rd XV will compete in the leagues that our seconds did in the 2024/25 season While the seconds compete in the Senior 2nds League along with the Transfield Cup and Junior Cup.

When do we play and train?
All of our Junior sides train on a Tuesday and Thursday, and play on weekends.

Depending what league your team is in, games can be on Friday night, Saturday, Sunday or a Monday night and there are games most weekends, with breaks during the season.
