Thomond RFC currently has 3 adult sides, along with our mini and youth set up. From 1sts to 3rds, our teams were competitive across all leagues and cups. All players are welcome to join, with all levels training together at the start of the season, so all newcomers will be welcomed straight into the set up. 

We have dedicated coaches and management for each of our teams, providing the best resources possible to each squad. With our squads spread evenly across all Munster leagues, there is a place for all standards and abilities, with new players given individual coaching.
